Robert J. Ciaruffoli, CPA

Bob served as Parente Randolph’s President and COO from 1990 to 1999 and was elected Chairman and CEO in 2000. Since 1990, the Firm has grown in excess of 10% each year and a series of new services have been introduced, including forensic accounting and litigation support, healthcare consulting, investment banking, human resource consulting and corporate governance/risk management. Bob was instrumental in transitioning Parente Randolph from a Northeastern Pennsylvania Firm to a multi-state Firm with a significant presence and corporate headquarters in Philadelphia.
