Principal
Tony heads the Corporate Tax Services group responsible for providing tax compliance and planning services to public, large private and foreign owned companies. Tony possesses more than 20 years of combined public and private experience in the areas of accounting and taxation. Tony is a lead member of the Firm’s State and Local Tax Group, where he is responsible for providing state income, sales & use, and property tax minimization planning ideas and compliance services to clients.
Prior to joining Parente Randolph, Tony held the position of Tax Director for a Fortune 500 company where he was responsible for federal and state tax planning and compliance. Tony was also a Tax Manager at a “Big Four” accounting firm where he provided tax compliance and tax consulting services to a variety of clients in diverse industries.

Education
Tony received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Widener University and a graduate degree in Taxation from Seton Hall University. He has presented several continuing education programs, both in-house and for clients.
