Principal
Loretta has been a practicing accountant since 1980. Her areas of specialization are consulting for closely held businesses, tax services and business valuations. She has spoken to various organizations on the topics of accounting and finance throughout her career.

Loretta has spent sixteen years volunteering her time to both the State and Lehigh Valley Chapter of the PICPA.
Community Involvement
In 2005, Loretta was awarded the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Community Partner Distinguished Service Award for her SOLEBO efforts. She also sits on the Board of the State Theatre of the Arts, Inc. in Easton, PA. Her present role is Chairman of the Board.
Loretta's past involvement were the President and Council Member of the Southern Lehigh Business Organizations (SOLEBO) in 1994 and 2003, Vice-President and Board Member of the Mayfair Festival of the Arts, Treasurer and Board Member of the Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts and Moravian Museum, Board Member of the Historic Bethlehem Partnership, Board Member and member of the Bethlehem Rotary Club, and Finance Committee Member of the Bucks County Women's Fund.
Education
Loretta graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
